Grading FAQs

How consistent is the grading process across different batches?

We adhere to a strict multi-stage inspection process. Each ball is evaluated individually against our visual and structural standards to ensure you receive the same level of quality every time you order.

How does the grade level affect the price I pay?

Pricing is tiered based on condition. Mint and Near-Mint balls command a premium closer to retail for the like-new performance, while our Good and Fair grades offer significant savings for high-volume practice and casual play.

What if I am not happy with the condition when they arrive?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If a batch doesn't meet the grading standard promised, reach out to us. We will work to make it right through a replacement or a return process.

Does cleaning affect the ball's original tech?

Not at all. Our cleaning process uses non-abrasive methods that remove debris and surface stains without compromising the integrity of the core or the aerodynamic dimple pattern.
